Bonjour !

My story

French born in the Paris area, I studied Arts before moving to the United Kingdom where I worked as a translator. I settled a few years later in Auckland, New Zealand, where my three children were born and I strengthened my free lance practice with a Postgraduate Diploma followed by a Master in the translation field.

End  2018, I travelled back to France to accompany my mother through cancer. What looked like a grieving journey unfolded into a powerful transformation that led me to a career change.

I understand the grippling complexity of adverse expériences and the various and complementary approaches to managing our emotions and sensations, both as an insider and as a professional. I have experienced trauma in many forms, through single events and various environments. I feel a profound need to bring more awareness  and help clients navigate, understand and grow  towards wellness.

Diagnosed gifted as an adult, I have since been exploring some of the unique specificities and qualities of neurodiversity and keep learning from that field.

I continuously add new skills and technics to my work to offer clients an array of  tools that best fit their needs.

In my free time I write novels, short stories, poetry and do storytelling, which is one of the most ancient expression of human psyche and known as medicine for the heart and soul.

In a nutshell

Hi, my name is Karine and I am a certified practitioner using bilateral alternating stimulation by ocular movements and tapping.

Life is not a strait line ; we will along the way face challenges and at times we can feel so overwhelmed that we don't find our balance back. I believe that whatever our circumstances, we can feel love, joy, curiosity, peace, meaning and connect with our sense of purpose. It may require building strong inner foundations, learning about discernment, developing compassion as much as healthy boundaries and assertiveness, experiencing and nurturing secure relationships with others and ourselves and lean into our inner wisdom to guild us thorough life, even though we often  don't listen to "that little voice" or do not know how to recognise it.

I trust that we have the power to change our narrative, rewrite our story, and find our own unique voice. I am grateful to participate to your journey. Let's Start !
